2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through kerstshop-desmedt.be.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on us.

4. Ordering and payment

The contract is concluded as soon as you have completed and paid for your order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, through our payment providers Mollie and PayPal.

5. Delivery

For the delivery area, delivery times and shipping costs, please refer to our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

For your right of withdrawal, please refer to our returns and refund policy. Christmas trees are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty for defects that already existed at the time of delivery. Report a defect as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after discovering it.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

Send your complaint to info@kerstshop-desmedt.be. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.consumerombudsman.be).

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
