Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you receive the product.

Let us know your decision by e-mail at info@kerstshop-desmedt.be, stating your name, your address, your order number and the products you want to return. Then send the product back within 14 days to:

Exception: Christmas trees

Christmas trees are perishable products and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. A Christmas tree cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Return costs

The cost of returning the product is at your expense. It is equal to the original shipping cost: €4.95 from Belgium and €6.50 from other countries.

Condition of the product

During the cooling-off period, handle the product as you would in a shop. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product. In that case, we will deduct the amount of that reduction from your refund.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the original standard delivery costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Received a defective or wrong product?

This is not covered by this procedure but by the legal warranty. Please contact us and we will resolve it free of charge.
